Ages 12–15 (Small Groups)
Designed to bridge the gap between childhood and adolescence. Utilizing a "Rotating Pilot" leadership model, youth take charge of navigation and group pacing. Includes threshold rituals like Artifact Decommissioning to mark the shift from receiver to provider.

1:1 Intensive Growth

Ages 16+ & Adults
A tailored 2-to-3-day backcountry ordeal focusing on deep identity work, vision, and integration. Supported by pre-trip intent setting and post-trip integration sessions to ensure the lessons translate back to daily life.

Logistics & Investment

We operate on a philosophy of Standardized Bulk, Customized Moral. The guide provides all heavy survival essentials (tents, fuel, base calories). Participants are responsible for their "Moral Supply" (spices, personal luxury, secret items) to encourage agency and social contribution.
