Context Research
New experiences aren’t created in a vacuum. Whether you’re designing a brand new experience, or expanding an offering to a new place or population, it is critical to understand the cultural context in which you are creating.
We leverage ethnographic methods including observations, contextual inquiry, and in-depth interviews to learn about the people and places you are designing for. From this research, we present actionable recommendations and opportunities that will help you design a more unique, tailored, and impactful experience.

Observation & Feedback
Once you have created an initial offering, there are infinite opportunities to improve the experience through observation and soliciting feedback from participants.
As experience experts we bring a critical eye to conducting participant observation throughout your offering. We observe everything from the environment, facilitation, and experience “makers” / “breakers”, to participant reactions and body language. Then we share our observations and recommendations so you can rapidly improve.
We also know the importance of collecting honest, detailed feedback from participants. This includes light in-the-moment feedback as well as follow-up reflections after their experience. We synthesize this feedback and present it to you in the form of meaningful quotes/testimonials and recommendations for improvement.
